Amazing question, when you get those breakfast lunch or dinner rushes the pressure is definitely there, my best tip would be is to make sure you have enough of each product! And just go at your own pace, however, work efficiently so if you see something not getting done step in and help to get that done fast! It's all about teamwork and helping eachother out.

That is a great question
Tip number one
Don't be afraid to ask questions everyone's here to help
Tip number two
Remember to breathe inhale exhale
It can get pretty stressful and intense especially during a rush so don't forget to take a deep breath because you got this
And tip number three
Communicate!
I always say communication is key so if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed always communicate with your managers so they can help you out in a difficult situation

I've been part of the McDonald's Kitchen for over a year now. Throughout this time, I've consistently worked efficiently alongside my colleagues, and there has yet to be a single day when I worked under pressure, as everyone is assigned specific tasks, resulting in a smooth workflow and a supportive atmosphere.
For those looking to excel in the kitchen, here are some essential tips:
1. Keep an eye on kitchen supplies. Restock when necessary to ensure a steady flow of ingredients.
2. Prioritize cleanliness. Clean your work area as you go, aligning with McDonald's emphasis on hygiene, and don't wait for the last moment.
3. Feel free to ask for help when the restaurant has too many guests.
4. Master timely food preparation.
Wishing you the best in your McDonald's kitchen journey!
