What a great question! Tip # 1 SMILE - it shows how confident you are and how engaging you can be! Tip #2 Have confidence - Speak clearly, sit up straight, make eye contact AND SMILE! And if you’re not feeling so confident, you can always ask family or friends to help practice your interview, so that you will feel interview READY! TIP # 3 BE YOURSELF!!! it can get very nerve-wracking when preparing for an interview, so my advice is to always be yourself!! Take a deep breath to calm your nerves, be positive and enjoy the interview! NEVER be afraid to ask questions.

My three tips are: 1. Dress Appropriately: The saying "first impressions matter" holds true, and Dressing well will make you confident and depict your seriousness towards the role you are applying for. Also, make sure to be well-groomed for the interview. 2. Research about McDonald's: Take the time to learn about McDonald's, including its offerings, core values, and mission statement. This knowledge will showcase your genuine interest and dedication to joining the team. 3. Be Honest: Honesty is crucial in a McDonald's interview. Approach it with sincerity, providing truthful answers. Avoid exaggerating your skills or experiences, as it can lead to misunderstandings or letdowns later on. If you're unsure of an answer, admit it honestly. Demonstrating integrity builds trust and displays your reliability as a candidate. Lastly, Remember to arrive early, wear a smile, express your willingness to learn, and ask thoughtful questions, if any. I wish you the best of luck!
