That’s a really great question! Personally, for me I really like how you can get trained for any position you don’t have to stay in one. For example, if you originally got trained in the kitchen and you wanted to get trained doing customer service at the front counter interacting with customers etc., I think McDonald’s has a really good training system for us to go through so we can develop our skills!

McDonald's believes in both training procedures - 'theoretical' & 'practical'.
Before you hop into any new role you are provided with modules and theories so that you can understand and study about what you're getting into. Secondly, you are also provided with a coach who guides and supports you through every step and also helps you learn through the practicality of the new role.
