How long did it take you to go from crew member to Swing Manager?

Hello! This is different for each individual and for me it was around 9 months. First you become a crew trainer, then a Team Leader and then a swing manager. It all depends on how committed you are to the job and how well and fast you develop your skills, as well as the development and succession path set out by your managers. If you are interested in developing your role, I highly recommend letting your manager know to work on a development plan and figure out with them what that will look like for you personally.
